The WR2 Ignition Interlock is currently used in many states or Australia for people who have had high or repeated drink driving convictions. The Interlock Program is run by our company Guardian Interlocks Pty Ltd, inconjuction with the State Roads and Judicial System.

The WR2 unit can be installed and rented through Guardian Interlock for those people who don't want their vehicle driven by people who are intoxicated.

GUARDIAN WR2 - MAJOR FEATURES
The WR2 is the most technologically advanced alcohol interlock on the market. It was the first device to meet interlock standards in Canada, USA, Sweden, and Australia concurrently.

The WR2 interlock device was the first to be able to detect, log and take immediate action against unauthorised starting of a vehicle when the sample head is disconnected.

The WR2's "breath signature" requirement sets the highest standard for thwarting the use of bogus breath samples or other attempts to fool the system.

The WR2 has also set a new standard for use of the optional emergency override feature, designed to restrict its use to true emergency situations.
